With your help, our ingenious scientists will whisk you through just what went into the great Georgian period of ‘enlightenment’ and how it shaped our world today.

From how air moves to why gases explode and how the steam engines of Newcomen and Watt – Boulton and Michael Faraday’s electric motors have paved the way for many more modern inventions.
