The ‘trade in human misery’ - slavery - was a stain upon the glorious days of the Georgian period. Meet William Knight, a crew member on a slave ship, as he recounts the nature of man’s inhumanity to man.

This child-centric activity is rich in historic details; allows you to handle artefacts and undertake other activities as the dreadful reality of the ‘triangular trade’ is fully explained.

Suitable for ages 6 to 11. Children to be accompanied by an adult.
